[:ca]The engineers who study the subject of entrepreneurship learned how to search funding through angel investment and soft loans

Barcelona, on 15th February 2017.  Business Angels Network de Catalunya attended the Pompeu Fabra University to give a class to Engineering students who do the subject of Entrepreneurship.

The subject is taught by Susana Domingo, head of the Innovation Unit of the UPF Business Shuttle and she is also an expert in business strategy. The subject trains future engineers who are interested in starting a business.

The presentation was done by Marc Vila and David Gómez. They discussed the keys and tips for finding alternative funding, either through private investors (Business Angels) or non-bank participatory loans such as Enisa, Emprendetur, etc. The importance of the value proposition was highlighted when they explained how to present the projects to potential investors.

The session was quite informal, where the students were able to ask questions during the class.
